Japan Hydro System Industry has successfully manufactured insulating components for battery packs using PPS resin through resin 3D printing technology. We are utilizing the open material feature of the Roboze "ARGO500" to produce insulating components using PPS filament. Additionally, we have successfully developed printing parameters that enable the use of PPS resin, allowing for the creation of insulating components made from PPS resin. By using 3D printing technology, we have achieved a reduction in manufacturing lead time by half while keeping costs on par with machined parts, and we have reduced weight by approximately 10%.
